Very helpful service. Friendly staff. They are willing to work with you to find the right bed for you. Bought a Nectar bed in a box with the frame in a box as well. After a week my fiance is very happy. Had to wait a week to get our bundle, that's the mattress protector sheets and pillows but that was a supply issue not a store issue.

I have had issues with pillows for years, and have a lot of medical conditions that requires me to have the right one. Chronic neck and shoulder pain often causes me to have sleepless nights, Jason from Sleep Gallery, went through and showed me pillows,then let me try them in store, totally accommodating, I came home with the one that works so good for me! Woke up this morning (yes after one night) with so much less neck pain!! I thank the lord for Sleep Gallery and Jason!
It’s so nice to have a great place to purchase a mattress, without having to drive very far. The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable! Don’t be fooled by all the commercials on tv, and travel into Mentor or Erie PA, for the same quality and probably more money. SHOP LOCAL!

This is a local, family owned business that goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The owner as well as the salesman made sure I got my delivery earlier than expected because he knew my mattress flew out of the truck during my move. I’m glad it did lol. My new bed is amazing and was completely affordable. I think their prices are competitive and I will not go anywhere else! Thank you for the fast and wonderful service!!!! The people at the Sleep Gallery were personable, inquisitive, and friendly. It was the best experience I had shopping for a mattress. After only a few questions they knew exactly what I was looking for. I ended up having to return the mattress due to having to move but they were very understanding and supportive through the whole thing.
